Engin Cagatay received the B.Sc. degree in metallurgical and materials engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2009, and the M.Sc. degree in materials science and nanotechnology from the National Nanotechnology Research Center at Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2012. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at the Institute for Nanoelectronics of Technische Universität München, Munich, Germany. His research interests include organic and nanostructured electronics, fabrication and characterization of carbon nanotube based temperature sensors and tactile sensors.
