Fondazione Bruno Kessler in Trento has an open call for a tenure track position  in the Microsystem area with a focus on modeling and design of micro/nano and bio systems providing advanced functionalities through a combination of innovative nanomaterials and micro- nanotechnologies, with the aim of extending technological development across a broad range of applications that significantly address societal challenges.

The candidate should have:

• A PhD in physics, materials science, electronic engineering, or equivalent;
• Proven first-hand experience of modeling and CAD tools (e.g. ANSYS, Coventorware, COMSOL, SPICE, Tanner, Cadence);
• Knowledge of semiconductor physics and electronic devices;
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
